Experiences over the last year letting a property in Glasgow have required more input than I would like to give. From trivial maintenance decisions to poor service in general. The last two months of rent have not being paid now (the tenant has paid), is the company in trouble? I don't know. Do others here have experiences of them to speak of? It's becoming tiresome now.

I started using Halifax to let my stuff, they then got bought out and then bought again and again untill eventually it turned into Martin and Co. I never had any trouble through all this time till the lady i'd been dealing with since Halifax days left. They then turned into a total shambles - couldn't find tenants, no communication, tuliip pictures and spiel never updated on rightmove etc so i've used another agency for the last couple of years.Originally posted by scooterscot View PostExperiences over the last year letting a property in Glasgow have required more input than I would like to give. If they had an office in Glasgow then Damascus would be quite peaceful for the staff by comparison.Originally posted by scooterscot View PostPerhaps they've opened a branch office in Damascus. Perhaps perhaps..Comment

Some good, some bad. Those two student lesbians were the undoubted highlight to date. Having to remove the hidden cameras when you moved in was a sad day...Originally posted by TestMangler View PostYou were incredibly lucky with tenants.
