What language was this broadcast in? English, wasn't it? This means it is primarily aimed at the English speaking world which has a predominantly free press and the majority of people are able to form their own opinions...

I've never heard anyone say they learnt to speak English from RT but I have heard people say the BBC helped them learn English. I've also heard people say they watch British news especially the Beeb to learn about what's going on in the English speaking world....

RT is Putin's propaganda machine. They are the only news station that show maps with Crimea being a part of Russia

ABC news is better.

They show it on BBC New 24 randomly in the night.

I think it is fascinating as it's like the Daily Mail as a news channel then again it's probably because I'm also drunk.
