        It's the CUK racist term for "Indian".

        It used to mean "Indian who isn't very good at their job but has managed to blag the role", but now you can use it just to mean "Indian" or similar.

                Some clients just keep you contracted until the work runs out and then serve notice. Happened to me a couple of times, both of which weren't particularly good payers.

                      yeh sounds like it was always going to be a month but they know that advertise it as a month and no-ones interested.
                      Pretty tulipty way to do business.

                      Imagine contractor doing same. Starting a 3 month knowing in a months time they'll drop it because they've got something else starting. Client would go nuts if someone did this.
