How much do the poor young cost now in terms of benefits/correctional institutions for when they rob their first car etc

One of the benefits of National service is that the young will be able to fire a gun and then p*ss off to the middle east to fight and get killed. Sorted

Yes ideally that and then those that do not get killed come back with some discipline and do something positive with their lives.

Sadly they just come back with the ability to fight better and go back to the old routine.

Actually it's cheaper to give the brats unemployment benefit and housing benefit then put them in an institution.

Prisons are expensive as you have to pay for the court system, the staff, food, clothing, etc.
