Thought it sounded ok at the time (that was before I thought he was an effete suit full of hot air) but I guess it was quite cynical really because all those volunteers would be doing the jobs that were put to the sword by the cuts.Comment

And these days our partners out East are far more important that Europe for trading. We need to tap growth markets while there is some respect for UK. India et all.Comment
