I already left windoze behind, why dredge up DOS? It was tulipe then and always will be

FreeDOS is great. It runs on Linux and I can play old classic games like Settlers II and Lemmings.Comment

I've still got my MS-DOS 3.3 disks (just don't have a floppy drive to read them on). But yes I do remember when your box would boot up in seconds. And you could get your OS, C compiler, and dev stuff all on the same floppy.Originally posted by ViktorComment

Not a bad little turnkey system. I did some of the original VM/370 and Linux/390 work for this. Nowadays though I use this software with this software.Originally posted by expatGet a real OS.
