Anything to do with the world population rising from 4.5 - 7 billion in that time?
How fortunate for governments that the people they administer don't think

Get away with your reasoned and logic arguments...

but that is an extra 2.5 billion people all radiating at 37.1 degrees - - got to have some input I reckon.

        of course you do.

Frakking right, you drill down a mile or so, then you go horizontal for a few miles, right ?

so what we do is this. Support the yes vote, after independance, drill down then across the border. suck them dry, then act all innocent. fill the 'oles in afterwards, obviously
gives us somewhere to dump the nuclear waste as well.

love it, don't tell King Alex.

no, we need to invent a kind of catalytic converter for cows, that converts methane into pine air freshener

Didn't that happen at Nick Clegg's house at Chevening recently?

I wonder if he has an alibi?

Whoever came up with that heist was a fracking genius
I suspect only found out due to getting greedy otherwise could have tapped that pipe for years

There must be several similar distribution pipelines dotted around just waiting to be tapped

This is what happens in Nigeria. Then the guardian complains that Shell pollute the environment with loads of oil leaks.....

Was thinking more along the lines of 1 person produces circa 500kg (with lots of caveats) exhaled CO2 per year

                  2.5 billion * 500kg = 125 000 000 000 kgs which seems a big number..

It is a big number. indeedy

in fact its all these big numbers that make the whole thing so scary

here are some EO numbers :-

Number of molecules in the atmosphere 1*10^44

                    Number of CO2 @400 ppm = 4*10^40 molecules

                    Anthropogenic CO2 @ 4% = 1.6 *10^39 molecules

                    Per person @ 7 billion = 2 * 10^29 molecules produced per person

                    CO2 per breath = .036 grams

                    CO2 exhaled in a lifetime = 2*10^6 grams = 2.8*10^28 molecules
                    1 gram of CO2 = 1.4 * 10^22

What you are producing in a lifetime (sans breathing) = c. 10 molecules

                    Per bottle of beer @ 1.8 grams CO2 = 2.5*10^22 molecules

Keep a beer in the fridge and save the planet

Shouldn't we just ban poncy sparkling mineral water?
