Where did I plug IPSE? (the paid for adverts on this page do not count)

Also, it's not my business. As a fellow member, it's our business.

      Sorry, I'll rephrase

That implies that none of the people posting on CUK had anything to do with the decision to rebrand. My question is quite simple - is that true or not? Is there nobody posting on CUK who had anything to do with the rebranding exercise?

I can't quite understand why there is such a reluctance to answer the question

Thanks for rephrasing, but can I point out that I, much to my own relief, am not Mal, nor am I Mal's keeper.

Happy to discuss anything in the appropriate place.

Now, did you have an *actual* point?
Well, I'll ask again, but you seem very reluctant to answer the pretty straightforward question -

You are an IPSE member. You appear to have some gripe with the rebrand or the process around rebranding, you don't make it clear which. either way. Now, as these are IPSE processes and actions, and should be discussed with everyone involved on the IPSE forums.

So yes, I am very happy, as stated earlier, to have that discussion. It's you that wants to have a public tantrum.

I don't suppose he had to plug it since CUK is covered with the IPSE adverts anyway and therefore IPSE supports CUK.

I agree with v8gaz though that it's a subject that should be dicussed on the IPSE forums. Members can have their say on there but on other fora it's a free for all with non-members with agendas trying to stir tulip.

It's not a gripe. It's not a tantrum. It's not even a debate. It's a simple question, the neither you nor Mal wants to answer.

That speaks volumes, even if your answer doesn't.

Not true. I'm totally happy to answer, and I have said that many times now.

                      Firstly does it really matter?

Organisations re-brand themselves all the time. I went to one of the a PCG evening a couple of months ago and the name was an issue with freelancers who aren't contractors. Some were confused by what the name meant.

Secondly got to the IPSE forums to have a go at the people who did the re-branding exercise.
