    Wow. I didnt know you could do that

    It never occurred to me (stupidly) that I could make the stuff that you used to buy in the chippy when you were a kid.

    But tonight I made the tea for the hardworking missus. Sausages Chips and Chinese Curry.

    Chinese curry. yes. took me ten minutes.



    chop up a bit of onion, 3 cloves of garlic and a bit of ginger.
    fry in a few spoons of oil for 10 minutes.


    throw in a few spoons of flour, a few of curry powder, a few of chille powder, a bit of paprika
    . salt and pepper

    then start putting water in till you like the thickness.

    simmer for a few minutes. it were brillig

                I have always added wolfs' nipple chips...
