I know you're joking but he really was a total *. Not even Adolph rounded up and killed people entirely at random.

Indeed I wasn't serious about 'nice', but there is an element of truth in it.

There's been an obsession with 'removing' people like Saddam, Assad, and others. But that whole area is what it is.

I rather think you are right, but only when US forces left could they do what ISIS have now managed to do.
