Message to Admins

I just got off the phone with the No 11, and a highly positioned source in the Treasure asked me in strong terms to ask admins of this forum to increase minimum time between posts from 30 seconds to 1 hour. This is absolutely necessary to improve competitiveness of UK economy and hit Gordon Brown's projected GDP growth.

If posting delay is below 15 mins, then the Supreme Leader may have to leave within a year.

If posting delay is below 15 seconds then Mr Brown may have to leave too.

And if posting delay is 1 second then the Green party will win by landslide.
