I have worked long periods in other countries and never expected to pick up local indefinite leave to remain or citizenship.
We do not need these immigrants, we already have an oversupply of these skills, and we are a small country.
And I would be policing the rules against the outsourcing organisations that flood the country with such people, the immigration rules, employment rules, tax rules, discrimination rules, and so on are all broken routinely by these organisations.Comment

Pretty stupid to not fully exercise ones rights BTW.McCoy: "Medical men are trained in logic."

The same happens with EU citizens they convince to come over. im surprised this thread hasnt been deleted, i didnt think any discussion of the uk being swamped by overseas IT staff was allowed on this forum. Certainly i dont think you are allowed to discuss their work ethic/capabilities/legitimacy of alleged experience or qualifications , well maybe you can say something positive, but any negative opinions however well founded = doubtful. sad reallyComment

I am not sure that we should be allowing so much work to go to those abroad. But then I work in IB - the wimbledonization of the city happened a long while ago. We host the main tournament -but all the players are foreign. So what right have I got to complain?Comment
-
Worked with them in IB and you will get the decent ones but more than likely they are not that good with a fair chance they are dud.
As ever their social skills let them down the most, not team players, like to hide, bit funny with the women and spend too much time on their Lebara phones.
Anyway, this thread was clearly started by a sockie, I am shocked it got to this length.Comment
