          You may think you're joking, but that's pretty much what the central Luton bus depot looked like when I had a (mercifully) short contract about three years ago at a clientco adjoining it.

          With bulldozers trundling around a large dusty building site, the dust was abominable. It literally made one's eyes sting, and I was coughing up black phlegm for a week afterwards.

            It's a giant solid platinum fountain now, with sprawling ornate gardens and 18 hole golf course.
