Hi all,
Like many, I pay myself a minimal annual salary, topping the rest up with dividends. However I submit my payroll to HMRC annually not monthly.
My accountant advises me that the 80% of salary subsidy appears to be based strictly on the data submitted with monthly submissions, therefore it would be difficult/impossible for those who do annual submissions to qualify for the CJRS subsidy if required.
Just a heads up for any others who only do annual payroll submissions.
