It´s not a button, you pull it out to slam on the anchors. Forcing it back in is much more difficult but it can be done.....

Ahhhh. A mainframe snob. It's not programming unless you've got a greenscreen and you enter code with edlin?
SPF, please. And don´t scoff until you can
      Code:
      x all;f all

Type Cobol in Jobserve and see what happens. I remember reading somewhere that is more written in Cobol than in any other language.

A lot of new stuff is written in Java or whatever and then they write it again in .Net, and then again etc etc, and then eventually they give up and buy an upgraded IBM machine, and run it on there instead.
        I'm alright Jack

          That's depressing.
I flatted with an Irish girl ten years or more ago, she was studying Cobol while I was doing VB ("It's the future...").
How I laughed at her then, studying a dying language. How she's probably laughing now.

Brexit is having a wee in the middle of the room at a house party because nobody is talking to you, and then complaining about the smell.

They've either been concreted over or, indeed, are full of eastern europeans now. Did you not know - we're doomed - apparently...

That's known as the Molly switch... To be used when someone gets sucked in by a tape drive or something.

I actually did that once with an Epson FX80. I remember the tie had a BBC BASIC dump on it.
