    Think about it a little. By turning up and working you have accepted the terms. Do you think the agent would be willing to amend something when he doesn't need to that could need some negotiation or expose him to risk? No. He will just tell you that you've accepted it.

    The idea is you get your contract reviewed before you start and if it's not ready you delay the start.

    Ring you reviewer and get them to move it on. QDOS will turn it around in a day if you explain the situation.
