I haven't used them myself but a friend who runs a small business did and was pleased with the outcome.

          Okay, I'll do it.

          PHP Code:
          <html><head><title>I am an IT contractor</title></head>
          <
          body>
          <
          h1>Hire me</h1>
          <
p>Highly skilled IT contractor for hireSpecialist skills include HTML.</p>
          </
          body>
          </
          html

                Perfunctory more like...

I'd rather spend the money on alcohol and chocolate...

For what it's worth I use Serif Webplus. My site is nothing to write home about and I'm just about to jazz it up with some images etc and make it look a bit more professional, but at least it only cost a few quid to produce. The latest edition of Webplus (10) produces better output than earlier versions and has some more built-ins. They're a hard sell company but you can get a lot of software (eg. cheap DTP, Flash generator etc) with a deal, if you need it.
It's my opinion and I'm entitled to it. www.areyoupopular.mobi
