Don't be so ridiculous. He can write it himself. Did you never go to school?

OP, here's a template letter you can use:

"Dear Mr <insert client name>

Gym Beast will not be able to attend work tomorrow morning, as he has a poorly tummy

Signed, my mum"

All my SC roles were secured via phone interview only.....

Doctors or dentist appointments are usually the excuses I give. Alternatively sometimes I just don't give any notice and call up the office on the day saying that I'm running late or need to be home for the Gas man etc.
