I recently leased out one of my domains <domain name removed> to a company called incig, to cover my back I made him sign a lease agreement that I paid for, which seems legit... It ends mid Feb but I recently bought some of my own branded stock, so I was wondering if he could possibly take legal action if I cancel it early and change over brands?
It does state it in the contract that I can take away my domain at anytime but I want to be 100% just incase he gets pissy and wants to take legal action.
Please advise?
