Sponser Will Not Transfer SC Clearance, Please Help

Bear in mind that it lasts a year from the last list X employment. If you're now in a non SC role and then they might have removed from their list X people so you have a year to get something else.

When you were cleared you will have received confirmation of clearance. If you have that then you are cleared, subject to the 1 year ListX rule.
Apply in good faith - agencies/sponsors will quickly tell you if there is a problem down the line.
