    LBG - Hyphen - blacklist?

In 2011 I had been working at Llloyds for a year, they offered me another 6 month contract but I declined and took another contract elsewhere. (There was even an onsite consultancy there that offered me a job, so I'm sure my work was OK)

Over the last few years I have applied for 4-5 roles, in different teams and locations. Every time I do not even get asked for an interview or phone conversation even though I know I'm a good fit for the role. And each time the Agency just go quiet (although I know the roles are live as numerous agency have the role)

I know that all the agencies have to feed into the Hyphen on-site agency. So I believe my CV's are being rejected by them, has anyone else heard of this or know if Hyphen have a list of 'do not re-hire' contractors?

I suppose I could ask them for any personal info they have under data-protection?

I've never worked for LBG but I find the same as you - They are a nightmare to deal with. I apply these days but I never expect to hear anything simply because they are so cr@p at recruiting. When my last role finished, I applied for a role at LBG which was a pretty good fit for my skill set. 3 weeks later the agent called me up to see if I would do an interview. In that time I'd found and started another role. This happens all the time with LBG, even the agent said that tehy constantly find this with them. Eitehr you hear nothing back or when you do hear back it's so far after the application was made that you are in your next role. Everybody besides LBG knows that contracting tens to be fast paced
Rule Number 1 - Assuming that you have a valid contract in place always try to get your poo onto your timesheet, provided that the timesheet is valid for your current contract and covers the period of time that you are billing for.

    I preferred version 1!

I know a lot of contractors who blacklist LBG, never mind the other way around!
