In 2011 I had been working at Llloyds for a year, they offered me another 6 month contract but I declined and took another contract elsewhere. (There was even an onsite consultancy there that offered me a job, so I'm sure my work was OK)
Over the last few years I have applied for 4-5 roles, in different teams and locations. Every time I do not even get asked for an interview or phone conversation even though I know I'm a good fit for the role. And each time the Agency just go quiet (although I know the roles are live as numerous agency have the role)
I know that all the agencies have to feed into the Hyphen on-site agency. So I believe my CV's are being rejected by them, has anyone else heard of this or know if Hyphen have a list of 'do not re-hire' contractors?
I suppose I could ask them for any personal info they have under data-protection?
