Jobserve And Applications

has anyone noticed how delayed jobserve is these days in sending your applications over? I used to get email confirmations there and then but no they sometimes appear, sometimes they dont but the majority of the time they appear like a couple of hours later

I did call an agent because I hadn't received a confirmation email and he hadn't received my application (he said). He just said jobserve was playing up again, as if it's a regular occurence.

Applied for a job through jobserve today at around 10:30 and the confirmation email has only just arrived!

Have started to google the agent and find their direct email address then follow up with a phone call
