I'll bet no-one has ever gone to an interview to be told by the client that they're system is, in fact, quite boring, the work is easy, its quiet most of the time, and they don't care if you're out of the door by 4pm every day!

Never happens. Think some clients really lay it on thick even if its not true just to see how contractors react. Weird.

Got a job spec. through this morning and one of the agent's main selling points for the job was: YOU CAN WRITE YOUR OWN SCRIPTS, AND NOT JUST RUN SOMEONE ELSE'S.
(His CAPS, btw, not mine.)

AND they would pay "upto £45k"

Needless to say, I can't wait to get started.
