Do two days (impress) and ask for a rise to complete the contract
Funny you should say that, looking at the spec I reckon its a two day job. The last place I worked had lots of contractors who hung the work out and made it last for as long as possible (and who wouldn't when your on £400 per day). The dilemma I have is do I follow suit and hang the job out for the full 4 days to get the maximum financial benefit or do it in the two days and tell the client they don't actually need me for the other two and hopefully get some kudos and a long term contract.

Seriously though (and in answer to your original question), i'd just put that you worked for client in May 2013. You can go into detail at any interviews if you want to/if they ask
