In the next 18 months or so, I'm thinking of upping sticks to the Far East and working there for 18 months - 2 years on a contract basis; mainly to travel in the region and experience a different culture yadda yadda yadda. Anyone here have any experience with agencies who place people in that region? Background is Java dev, mainly tech lead/ScrumMaster type roles with plenty of eCommerce implementation and client-facing experience (ex-Consulting background).
