2. The 30 day payment terms....seems a little odd (sounds like a supplier arrangement)? Could someone tell me how that exactly works please? My working assumption is that they do not pay for first 30 days, but you invoice accordingly, and then you can opt for weekly or monthly payment terms. Does that mean your always 1 month in lieu?
Just a thought but perhaps it sounds like a supplier arrangement because it is one. i.e. your ltd (assuming you are going ltd) is supplying services to ClientCo.
