    Actually none of them are S3. There is no 'PSL' for public sector. S-Cat or Catalist or whatever it's called now doesn't mean a whole lot in terms of approved agencies and who supplies where. It doesn't stop the central government departments going ahead and doing whatever they feel like doing. Local authorities pretty much do what they want to do anyway.

    Of those lot B&C tend to supply to the public sector the most.
