Overseas travel dilemma - USA/Russia

    Russian Business visa is for meetings, etc, shiit like that, so you have to be careful, if it's employment you will need a work Permit or HQS.

    On the other hand, po blatu, i.e. use of 'Blat', ie greasing palms, using contacts....
