    Anyone with Identity Product experience???

All, i'm on the lookout for a few experienced implementors of IAM products (ITIM, Sailpoint, Quest, Oracle etc)

Looking for people who have implemented/configured said products rather than have used them.

Drop me a PM if you are/know of anyone and we can discuss further.

    TIA

I've worked with Microsoft Identity Lifecycle Manager and Active Directory. If that's on any use

I have OIM / OAM / OIF etc as well as CA Siteminder / Identityminder but I've happily side-stepped away from IDM as I've yet to experience a project that has delivered anywhere near what was promised for less than 4 times the initial budget.

That doesn't help you in the slightest if you're looking to place someone but if you have a Q on such products then fire-away.

I've done the Sun IDM stuff on the NHS Spine (SDS), it's rather massive...

But it was 2009 and the Sun stuff seems to have been absorbed into OIM/OAM, not sure it's any better....

Working on TAM/TIM/TDS now, but only as a side task cos I've got the Sun experience above, it's IBM's solution, seems nice....

Always kills me when I get a role for a company selling IdM solutions, then I can't get a login for for four days.....

Hence the reason they think that IdM is the answer, someone sells them the dream of instantly provisioning 100's of systems as soon as HR click add new user on peoplesoft.

I've even seen a pitch where they wrapped it all up with intelligent buildings that allocated your hotdesk and even knew your favourite drink when you walked in the building (obviously no need to swipe in using RFID cards and smart readers).

Then after 8 months they've spent a few million and only achieve self-service password reset and give up.
