New distribution agreement, help plz

Hello,
I am currently importing health and beauty products.
I need to create a sales agreement/contract so that I can distribute the products to a shop for free, Replenish the quantity monthly and Get paid monthly depending on the sales made by the shop.
What kind of agreement would I need for that?
I did contact a solicitor about it but it would cost me £700 to build it from scratch. I also got an Agency/Principal agreement but still doesn't seem to be appropriate for my case...

Any advice would be greatly appreciated

Without actually knowing for sure that they have the exact document template for you, I'd head over to the PCG website which has got loads of resources/templates.
