Then dont work for them, tell them you are not interested. Things like this are warning signs in life, if you ignore the warnings at this stage then dont be surprised when its the most bulltulip job / company to work for ever.
I made that mistake, ignored my gut feeling (should know better by now), hated every second - managed 4 months (of 6). Currently surfing my notice, out of here next week.
