Anybody else having problems with Capita ?

The most unreliable agency I have ever worked through. Once again, they have missed their payrun for me this week. What really pisses me off is that I would never know there was a problem unless I emailed them to see if payment had been made.

Am I within my rights to pass on bank charges etc to them ?
