      Well, I've seen it done by a boss I really admired. He went from Team leader tecchy, to PM , to SA and is still in SA about 8 years later..

      He's got a leather armchair with a cigar holder and everything (not that he can use that feature anymore)

      I say chance your arm if you fancy it.

        Hi,
        It will depend on how well the presales work was solutioned. I regularly see the results of pre sales technical reviews and much of the stuff the sales guys call a good solution, can accommodate a large bus through the middle of it... So delivery is much harder to do than propositions...

        However if you want to try and it's not going to risk your reputation take a shot.

          Generally, it was me delivering on the pre-sales solutions, hence why i got so involved in the solution aspect. also having spent days in rooms with no progress, there have been many times I've pushed and led, I hate wasted time...
