Are all S3 companies the same?

From other posts on this boards I see that many agencies like
Huxley and Progressive are members of the "S3 Group", as are dreaded Compute Futures. Does that mean we should avoid agencies like Huxley as most of us avoid Computer Futures?

They are all 'brands'

Basically, all of the S3 group of companies are 'brands', offering the same 'product' under different names.

As such, it's probably wise to treat them all as if they were the self same company. If you have had a bad experience with one of the brands then you can reasonably expect the same treatment from the rest. If you are happy with one of the S3 group then you may be happy with them all, it's up to you to decide

IMNSHO: Only use if there is absolutely no other option.

I've been around a bit and I choose not to use any S3 even if it were the only job left.
