McGregor Boyall Associates contracts

Hi,

Anyone had there contract reviewed for IR35 compliance, Ive just put one in for review but said it will be a day or two, but I noticed on the contract McGregor sent me the title of it is, I don't like the PSC bit or AWR in it ?

"PERSONAL SERVICE COMPANY SUPPLIER PROJECT AGREEMENT - PSC3 - SUPPLY UNDER R.3(2)(b) AWR"

I worked through them 3.5 years ago, and the contract I had was a Lawspeed contract which passed review with no problems. It didn't have anything in it about PSC.

Have you told them you're opting in? Is it possible they've sent you a different contract because of this?
