    AWR and IR35

    Hi,

can someone please clarify the below doubt,

if i have my own limited company and a agency place me for a contract, will i be considered a agency worker and will be under AWR or is it vice versa?

    also,AWR means 100% inside IR35,am i right?

No. This has been covered. Thousands of times. Literally a trucking tulip load of times. Please do a search.

If you are working under a tri-party contract (client, agency, umbrella company) and work under the supervision and direction of the client then you will be likely to fall within the scope of AWR; you will also be likely to fall inside IR35
