Was just wondering what sort of wording you generall add to the contract to define the services to be performed
I usually have something like -
Services - Business analysis on xyz project
Key Duties
Produce requiremensts specification for xyz
Communicate the requirements to the development / testing teams
Review design / testing deliverables to ensure they meet the requirements
Manage the change control process
etc etc
(obviously tailored to the specific role)
