Register for VAT on a daily rate of 200 including VAT!?
Simply not worth the effort or opportunity to give HMRC another avenue to investigate. Dont register for VAT even on the FRS unless your T\O is 73k (at current legislation).
I always quote my rate as excluding VAT to agents just so there's no misunderstanding.
