Technical Architect in Manchester for a bank through a 3rd party (offshore) company. Excellent I thought....400/day and just about commutable from home, if not every day.
Got a call from the agency today....sorry, the job is now in London and the rate is now 369/day.
I don't think so! The rate needs to be more like 450/day if you want me down there.
Makes me mad!!! It's a contrcator's life though.....I'll just have to forget that one, move onto the next...which is a phone interview tomorrow morning for a tech architect role in Liverpool. More cash/day as well
. Just need it to be offered otherwise it's the bench next week.
