    If your salary+bonus+package > £115000 then something to consider.

    I'd say the 100K permie is slightly better than the 115K contract rate. Cost to the client is about the same when you factor in the 13.8% employer's NI they will have to pay on the 100K permie. You'll get paid if you're sick, I bet there's a pension attached and probably other permie benefits.

    It's not often I'd choose permie over contract, but if you can stick being a permie for a couple of years and you fancy the job then I'd probably go permie and get the experience.

    Net take home pay will probably be higher with the contract if you are outside IR35 and can pay some of the profits as dividends.
