New contract due to agency (HUXLEY) ripping us all off

Oh I know I agreed what I agreed, but it's not a case of them "maximizing their income" but specifically breaking contractual agreements with my (former) client. There was no room for maneuver to improve rates and that was totally down to the agency. Their actions caused this situation. -
Huxley broke the contract with the client, and if Huxley also told the contractors it was fixed fee then they also broke the contract with the contractors.Originally posted by AnthonyQuinn View PostThey shouldnt be pissed off at Huxley either.Comment

I took that to be "Don't get mad, get even" or some such. As well as finding a different agency they most certainly should be pissed off..!Originally posted by configman View PostHuxley broke the contract with the client, and if Huxley also told the contractors it was fixed fee then they also broke the contract with the contractors.Comment
