    Finland contracting

    Hi all,

I've seen various threads about contracting in Finland, or Europe in general, but not many answers that I've found useful.

My situation may be slightly different.
I have been contracting in UK for around 5 years with my own Ltd company. I also have some side work with also goes through my Ltd company.

I'm now looking at a contract in Finland. What is the best way of going about this? I don't want to close down my UK Ltd company as the other work will continue, and I may be back after a while.

I've seen various options such as local umbrella company, or somehow using my UK Ltd company. What is the best approach, and how would this affect taxes and my UK business?

    Thx.

Your accontant should be able to assist you with your taxes and I don't you would need to close down your LTD company.
