Late payments from agency

If anyone here is contracted with The Synergy Group, have you had a couple of late payments now from them? They're normally very good, but thats two now in just over a month and I'm starting to get suspicious. It's been the "banks" fault both times apparently.

Not much I know, but I like to keep an eye on these things..... trusting agencies as much as I do

I hope your company has a late payment/breach of contract clause written into your company's contract.

No need, The Late Payment of Commercial Debts Regulations 2002 covers that. Anything that agencies write into contracts is generally an attempt to water down the provisions of your companies statutory rights under this act anyway.
