    I use much the same format myself Bolshie and have done for quite a while, I've found it quite effective and well liked by most Agents and clients.

      Page 1:
      Top: Name
      Next: Sales pitch ("bla bla specializing in bla bla with X industry/area experience)
      Next: Bullet point list of skills and time experience in them
      Next: Contact details
      Page 2:
      Work history/Experience, descending chronological order with short paragraph on each contract. Paragraphs get shorter the older the job is unless it is relevant to contract currently applying for. Details for contracts older than 6 years (I generally change contract every 18-24 months) normally have nothing more than company name/position. Anything greater than 6 years that does not fix on this page gets dropped
