Contract signed ; But start date keeps changing..!!

    Yes..thats what I am planning to do.
    I will wait for couple of days more to do that, But I thought once they can not honour start date, contract will be null by default..??

      Nothing in UK law is generally black or white. So expect nothing to be default.

      Once you have grasped that concept it makes life easier.

      That's why there are long discussions on aspects of law on this board and other UK forums.
