How legal is this contract restriction clause?

Agreed but the point I was making is nothing will stick until a legal process has started, used the lawyer as an example of the first step. Up to that point its just arguing.'CUK forum personality of 2011 - Winner - Yes really!!!!

Well, as none of the affected contractors would sign their contract with the restriction clause included, the agent agreed to remove it from our contracts. I signed the updated contract and sent it back this morning. This evening I was told the project I'm working on has been canned. Oh well...Comment
