IMO depending on how recent the bad credit history is, and with the caution for Fraud (and let's face it, everyone who is cautioned maintains it was only a small petty matter...) there is little chance of being granted an SC.

Sorry for being blunt.

Just been granted SC and i have done my fair share of wrong doings in the past.

If you're going for SC then make sure you declare everything. If it's just a Basic Check then you don't have to declare it if it's not spent.

I didn't declare anything on my Basic check but had to be 100% honest on my SC form.

How long did you have to wait for your clearance to come through?

How long did you have to wait for your clearance to come through?

It took 3 months for mine. My Sc is only for three years and i was warned that if anything happend during that period it will be reviewed again and might be withdrawn.


So have to be on my best behaviour. Lol
