Y'know.. you gotta be careful with these boards. They are useful for specific advise and facts - but general strategy comes from detail and that's hard to communicate through this media. Seems as though the Agent has provided a gurantee that they will not enforce any late invoice clauses as long as I keep their client happy by putting some additional time in documentation and handover. Sounds reasonable. -
So now the agency has YOU over a barrel. Basically, they're asking you to do the work you should have completed before you left before they'll pay you.Originally posted by shanti View PostSeems as though the Agent has provided a gurantee that they will not enforce any late invoice clauses as long as I keep their client happy by putting some additional time in documentation and handover. Sounds reasonable.WHS. Plus define "keep the client happy". All they need to do is say "we're not happy - need more time" and you're screwed again.Originally posted by Flubster View PostSo now the agency has YOU over a barrel. In fairness, kinda irrelevant. They could put the request in lights over Broadway, but until he delivers, (s)he gets no sponds.Originally posted by Clippy View PostFTFY.Illegitimus non carborundum est!Comment
