    Uniface Developers and Systems Analysts

The company that I am working for is heavily committed to Uniface for its internal systems. It's having some trouble finding people with experience in Uniface. Can anyone shed any light on why this should be?

If anyone is interested in a job as a systems analyst or developer in London, and has significant experience in Uniface, I would be pleased to hear from them.

Easy, Uniface is only used by very few companies, hence there is a dearth of Uniface developers, and Uniface developers try to get away from it to learn new exciting things.

Uniface isn't difficult to learn, so why don't you take on a few people with Oracle forms or Powerbuilder experience.
