Forum templates

Can anyone suggest some decent forum templates that I can get off-line for a new website I am setting up? Also, any general templates as well - can be Dreamweaver, Frontpage, VB#, C#, whatever. I need to knock a site up and don't really want to start from scratch.

Find a website you like and nick the source. It's what most people seem to do. If you need email or Worldpay order forms that look horrible to peculiar people that don't like ORANGE but do work, complete with totals, VAT etc. let me know, I could give you those.
